Arrival Fast Track:
The Airport Agent (with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign) will be waiting for the passenger/s at the designated point (approved by the Airport Authorities), whether it will be at the end of the air-bridge or entrance of the Arrivals hall. The passenger/s will be assisted and expedited through immigration and security check point. The passenger/s may be expedited through Customs if the local Customs authorities permit it but it cannot be guaranteed. Once the immigration and customs clearance is completed, the Airport Agent will guide the passenger/s to Baggage hall and on through to the public Arrivals area to exit the airport. The Airport Agent will liaise with the driver prior to the passenger/s’s arrival and arrange a meeting point ensuring a smooth handover and completion of service.

The Airport Agent (with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign) will be waiting for the Lead passenger at the designated point (approved by the Airport Authorities), whether it will be after immigration and customs in the Baggage hall or in the public Arrivals hall. The Airport Agent will liaise with the driver prior to the passenger/s’s arrival and arrange a meeting point ensuring a smooth handover and completion of service.

The passenger/s will be assisted with airline check in formalities and expedited through immigration and security check point. The passenger/s may be expedited through Customs if the local Customs authorities permit it but it cannot be guaranteed. Once the departure formalities are completed, the Airport Agent will either guide the passenger/s to the lounge (if the passenger/s's airline ticket entitles the lounge access or if it has been booked as an additional service) or to the gate to complete the service.

The passenger/s will be assisted through airline check in formalities (the Airport Agent will try to expedite the process however it cannot be guaranteed at all times) and then guided to the security check point where our service will be completed.
Transit Meet and Assist:
The Airport Agent (with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign) will be waiting for the passenger/s at the designated point authorised by the Airport Authorities, whether it will be at the end of the air-bridge or entrance of the Arrival's hall. The passenger/s will be assisted through immigration and security check point. The passenger/s may be assisted through Customs if the local Customs authorities permit it but it cannot be guaranteed. Once the departure formalities are completed, the Airport Agent will either guide passenger/s to the lounge (if the passenger/s's airline ticket entitles the lounge access or if it has been booked as an additional service) or to the gate to complete the service.
The Airport Agent will be waiting for the passenger/s at the arrival meeting point with a bouquet of fresh flowers.
The Baggage Porter will be waiting for the passenger at the baggage belt. The porter will assist in transporting the luggage from baggage hall to transportation.
The Baggage Porter will be waiting for the passenger at the meeting point. The porter will assist in transporting the luggage to Airline check in desk.
The Airport Agent will assist and expedite (wherever available and allowed by Authorities) in completing the Visa on Arrival solicitation. Please note that actual Visa fee is in addition and must be paid by the Passenger/s on arrival at the airport.
The Airport Agent will liaise with the driver and escort the passenger/s to the car for a smooth handover. Please note that an Executive Limo can accommodate up to 3 passengers and 2 large cases and 2 hand luggage.
The Airport Agent will liaise with the driver and set up a meeting point to ensure a smooth start of the service. Please note that an Executive Limo can accommodate up to 3 passengers and 2 large cases and 2 hand luggage.
The Airport Agent will liaise with the driver and escort the passenger/s to the car for a smooth handover. Please note that an MPV can accommodate up to 5 passengers, 4 large cases and 4 hand luggage.
The Airport Agent will liaise with the driver and set up a meeting point to ensure a smooth start of the service. Please note that an MPV can accommodate up to 5 passengers, 4 large cases and 4 hand luggage.
The Airport Agent will take the passenger/s to the pre-booked Airport Lounge after completing all the formalities. The Agent will leave the passenger/s at the lounge and will return at the agreed time before boarding to escort the passenger/s to the gate.
The Airport Agent will liaise with the driver/contact number provided to collect documents from Landside area and bring them over to the passenger at Airside area saving valuable time for the passenger.
